培養箱應用實際操作11個小技巧

1、生化培養箱在運送、檢修、維護保養時，應防止撞擊，晃動振動;zui大坡度低于45度。

5、箱里外應每天清潔，每一次應用結束理應開展清理。長期性無需應蓋好塑膠防塵套，放到干躁房間內，另外，箱壁內膽和機器設備表層要常常檫拭，以清潔，提升夾層玻璃的清晰度。

6、盡可能地安裝于空氣清靜，溫度變化較小的地方，使用三腳插頭，插座應妥善接地。

7、清理生化培養箱的那時候，用侵泡乙醇的沙布擦洗殼體內腔開展殺菌消毒殺菌，隨后用干沙布將乙醇擦掉整潔。

8、經常注意氣路有無漏氣現象。

9、為確保冷卻器合理地熱管散熱，冷卻器與墻壁之間間距應超過100mm。殼體側邊需有50mm空隙，殼體頂端最少需有300mm室內空間。

10、嚴禁含有易揮發性化學溶劑，爆炸性氣體和可燃性氣體置于箱內;培養箱附近不可使用可燃性噴霧劑，以免電火花引燃。

11、停用，關掉總鎖屏鍵，及機器設備后側的電源總開關。
